From Gato
“Hey — I’m Gato. Short for delegato.
That’s my whole job: taking things off your plate.”

I exist inside Claude — Anthropic’s AI — and I’m about to build you a custom command center. Not a generic template. Something that knows your projects, your clients, your work style. Built from a conversation we’re going to have in about 30 minutes.

By the time we’re done, you’ll have a live dashboard, know how to update it just by talking to me, and understand exactly how to make this part of how you actually work. I’ll walk you through every step. Never used Claude before? Perfect — that’s who this was built for.

Three things in your zip file.

Unzip the file and you’ll find these three items. Here’s what each one is.

SKILL
command-center-install.md
This is the file you’ll load into Claude to start the install. It tells Claude to become Gato and walk you through building your dashboard. You don’t need to read it — just load it.
README
README.pdf
A visual guide to the whole process — what each step looks like, what to expect from Gato, and how your dashboard will come together. Read this first if you want the full picture before you start.
GUIDE
deploy-guide.pdf
Step-by-step deployment instructions for every platform — Netlify, Squarespace, Kajabi, and WordPress. With screenshots. Gato will also walk you through this, but this is your reference copy.

Five steps. About 30 minutes.

Follow these exactly in order. Don't skip ahead.

01
Unzip your download
Find the ZIP file you just downloaded — it’s probably in your Downloads folder. Double-click it to unzip. You’ll see a folder called command-center-package with three files inside. Keep this folder somewhere easy to find — you’ll need the files in the next steps.

02
Open Claude
Go to claude.ai in your browser. If you don’t have an account, create one — it’s free. The free plan works for this install.

Once you’re in, click “New conversation” to start a fresh chat. Don’t type anything yet.

03
Upload the skill file
In the Claude chat window, look for the paperclip icon or attachment button at the bottom of the input box. Click it and select command-center-install.md from the folder you unzipped.

The file will appear in the chat. Don’t press Enter yet.

Say hello to Gato
After uploading the file, type this in the message box — exactly as written — then press Enter:

Start my Command Center install

Gato will introduce himself and ask your first question. From here, just answer naturally. He’ll guide you through everything.

This part takes about 20–25 minutes. Set aside the time, answer his questions as specifically as you can, and let him build. The more you share about how your work actually runs, the more useful your dashboard will be.

05
Deploy your dashboard
Once Gato finishes building, he’ll give you an HTML file — your custom Command Center. He’ll walk you through getting it live.

The easiest option is Netlify — it’s free and takes about 3 minutes (literally just dragging the file onto a webpage). Gato will walk you through this step by step, or you can follow the deploy-guide.pdf from your zip file.

By the end of this step your dashboard is live at a real URL — bookmarkable, shareable, and accessible from any device.

You've probably heard of ChatGPT. Claude is different.

Claude is an AI built by Anthropic — and it’s what Gato runs on. It’s designed to reason through complex things, maintain context across a whole conversation, and produce output that actually sounds like a human wrote it.

You don’t need to understand how it works to use it. Gato handles everything. You just answer questions and talk naturally. That’s it.
